The global fashion industry has once again been captivated by the continuing partnership between Lakme Fashion Week and the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI). Bollywood’s top females, such as Sara Ali Khan, Shruti Haasan, and Fatima Sana Shaikh, adorned the runway with their ideal elegance on the fourth day of this esteemed event, stealing the show with every move they performed.
Fatima Sana Shaikh was one of these famous people that captivated the crowd with her elegant and graceful catwalk walk. One of the stars of the One Infinite collection, which was showcased by designers Varun Chakkilam, Sakshi Bhati, and Arvind Ampula, was Fatima.
The collection, titled ‘Whispers of Empires’ by Vika, transported viewers to a sacred garden where empires intertwine, blending Persian finesse with the vibrant blooms of India. Fatima’s ensemble, adorned with intricate floral embellishments, featured a chic top paired with an elaborate skirt and a matching dupatta, exuding a sense of regal charm.
Keeping her makeup subtle with muted, nude tones, Fatima accentuated her look with a bold dark brown lipstick, adding a touch of allure to her appearance. Her hair, left open and wavy, complemented the carefree and nature-inspired vibe of her ensemble, completing the ensemble with effortless sophistication.
Lakme Fashion Week x FDCI was even more dazzling with Sara Ali Khan and Shruti Haasan gracing the runway in addition to Fatima. Varun Chakkilam’s designs for Sara Ali Khan were beautiful, and Sakshi Bhati’s creations for Shruti Haasan combined traditional and contemporary components.
Varun Chakkilam’s “Lenora” collection featured regal clothing with modern touches, and Sakshi Bhati’s designs combined traditional and modern elements to generate opulent, elegant pieces with vivid colors and detailed embroidery.
When Lakme Fashion Week x FDCI 2024 comes to an end on March 17, those who love fashion are looking forward to the following season, which promises even more stunning designs and moments of inspiration from the runway.
