With over two decades of distinguished service in the Indian Army, Lt Col SantoshKhadsare (Retd.) brings deep expertise in cyber operations, information security, and digital forensics. Throughout his military career, he was involved in critical national security projects and played a key role in developing cyber defense strategies to safeguard sensitive infrastructure.
Following his retirement from the armed forces, he transitioned into the corporate world, taking on senior leadership roles in the cybersecurity industry. He served as Vice President – Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) at eSec Forte Technologies, where he led high-profile cybercrime investigations and advised on breach response and digital evidence handling. He later joined SysTools as Chief Technology Officer – DFIR, overseeing forensic operations, innovation in incident response, and capacity-building for complex cyber investigations.
In his new role as Chief Business Officer at SysTools, he will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the cybersecurity division, expanding market reach, and leading the development of innovative service offerings. His comprehensive knowledge of threat intelligence, digital forensics, malware analysis, and regulatory compliance is expected to further strengthen SysTools’ position as a trusted cybersecurity partner across industries.
