His story of advancement
Kuldeep Rajawat used to belong to a middle-class family from the Pink City of India, Jaipur. His father was an auto driver. Due to the economic crunch, he completed his schooling at a regular school of Rajasthan Board. They used to stay in an ordinary house. He was always a bright student, so he opted for engineering in IT while getting into college. At that point, his father suffered from a heart attack, and his elder sister took complete control of the family as a single bread earner. After completing his engineering in IT, he decided to stay back in Jaipur to look after his parents since he was the only son. He even rejected many lucrative job offers from other big IT companies, and he failed to join any company within Jaipur with a good salary package. At that time, his father suggested he enter school as a teacher since he was already inclined to teach right from his college days. He began his journey as a teacher at one of the schools in Jaipur. All his students greatly appreciated his teaching method, which had gradually helped him fetch home tuitions. He began giving tuitions in school as well, even after school hours, which went on for one year.
Being motivated, in the year 2014, he started with his coaching center in the name of The Learning Zone, initially with just two students in a single room of a building. In 7 years until 2021, the total strength of the Learning zone spiked to 250-300 students elevated into a four-storied building, and the journey of his life has turned in such a way that he became the owner of several luxurious cars. His entire family’s life changed drastically. In 2019 he was also felicitated as the youngest entrepreneur of the year in the best academic development and motivation category by the Bollywood Actress Urvashi Rautela in Crown Plaza New Delhi.
He even runs his official channels on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, where he uplifts the audiences with his motivational speeches and quotes. Professionally he had also counselled more than 500 students by far along with people of different age groups, where he discussed distractions, parent counselling, goal setting, career counselling, and zeal development. On a general basis, he has counselled more than 3000 students in his motivational speeches in various schools, seminars, etc.
He is widely recognized for speaking on social subjects on a woman’s life after marriage by giving a deep thought to why women after marriage need to take several permission to even come to her father’s home regardless of sacrificing her entire life for the in-laws and family. Being from a Rajput background, he believes in the traditional and cultural integrity of the states. He is a “NO CASTE NO RELIGION” person and does not believe in the caste system. He instead wants to finish off the caste system, which creates many differences in the country. He has always believed in every castes’ unique values and traditions, but he says NO to the old-fashioned caste system.
He speaks about gender equality and stresses more about strengthening the base of the campaign Beti Bachao and Beti Padhao. He also has a video named Betiya on YouTube where he has raised various social issues related to women.
The new development
From 2014 to 2018, The Learning Zone had one branch in Jaipur. In 2019 it upgraded to commencing another component in Jaipur with 120 students, which has made The Learning Zone a brand, and this has been his most significant achievement with an establishment of his another venture, “3 Preschool, the minion world” at a single time with a good concept and a minion theme which was inaugurated on 15th March 2020. Still, unfortunately, due to the lockdown in the country from 19th March 2020, it was paused down for few months.
He even runs a foundation in the name of My Dua, a non-profit organization alongside together along with his companion Shubhi Sharma who’s additionally a co-founder. The organization is run from personal financial savings as they no longer take any financial assistance from anyone.
He has always been passionate about teaching and taught numerous average students of STD X from an exceptionally influential family and helped shape their future together along with his hard work. He turned into even been compared to Anand Kumar, and those started addressing him as junior Anand Kumar, the biggest appreciation one can dream of.
